Abstract

This action research is in progress. It aims to formulate a system of talent development rooted in school context in Taiwan. It is theoretically based on the “Talent Development Paradigm”. Literatures on talent development and related influencing factors were reviewed. Thus, three subsystems of school context in Taiwan were found. They were teaching system, school data system and activities system. Three sub-systems offer support for talent development, but there is no interrelation. I designed platforms to promote systems transformation.
