Abstract

Global mindset and cultural intelligence are two key outcomes of study abroad reported in prior literature. The present research utilizes survey data from university students who have recently studied abroad within the last year. Empirical results indicate that key outcomes are enhanced most when the study abroad program is of longer length and to a country culturally distant form the home country.
