The international university application process is complex. The traditional agent model has drastic limitations for both universities and students. Pure digital solutions fail, because it is lacking the personal touch to create trust for one of the most important decisions in life. The right model to transform the enrolment experience is human + machine: Digitising 80% of the agent process and adding super high-level human touch where necessary to create a trustworthy personalised experience.
