Abstract

Higher education today is promoting internationalization efforts and the development of International Branch Campuses (IBCs) is one manner of this internationalization effort [1]. However, there is little scholarship available that documents leadership in these IBCs. In addition, there is little scholarship that speaks to the possibilities and the tensions involved with IBCs.
