Abstract

Each school conducts in-school training programs based on the school’s educational goals and Japanese government guidelines. It is also important for schools and teachers to teach other teachers and present their practices for mutual improvement of skills. We have developed a training system that enables teachers to upload their educational practice videos (one-minute videos) in addition to learning videos. It is not one-way learning, but interactive learning. Results indicate that, by watching video contents created by other teachers and by editing their video content, they reported increased confidence that their video contents would be helpful to other teachers. They became more positive about training with the video contents.
