In this paper we focus on threats and security measures for wristband wearables. We determine relevant threats and security measures identified with the help of a literature review. Further, we evaluate these threats and security measures in expert interviews. Furthermore, we utilized the gained knowledge for the development of a security concept for one specific use case by adhering closely to the standard approach of the BSI IT-Grundschutz.
