Children's music education is faced with many challenges such as learning purpose, educational model, achievement expectation and realizability. The purpose of this paper is to select attainable music education goals and models according to the musical characteristics of children and their environment. Through semi-structured interview and self-designed questionnaire, 400 valid data were statistically analyzed, and a conceptual model of children's musical achievement was theoretically constructed. On this basis, exploratory factor analysis was conducted with SPSS software, and it was found that children's musical achievement was composed of three dimensions: musical skill learning, non-musical ability development, emotional enrichment, and life. Results indicate that the music learning environment, parents' education level and family income on children music learning achievement has the influence of different level, to decide whether it can realize the music achievement of children is parents' understanding of music and children the understanding of the characteristics, and the influence factors of music educators lies in the choice of reasonable and effective education goal and mode.
