Abstract

Digital transformation is eminent to technological turbulent and businesses need to adapt to changes for enterprise agility. Organisations not adopting to change management practices, can lead to systems vulnerability due to cyber-attacks. The impact of Intelligent Automation on cyber security awareness created an avenue for adoption into business processes, improving customer’s experience and intelligent decision making for competitive advantages. Intelligent Automation exploits various practices of virtualisation towards task accomplishment, useful to improve security awareness for customers satisfaction in service organisations, to reduce cyber threats. The framework developed illustrates the integration of Intelligent Automation on security awareness for cyber incident response in service organisations. Therefore, incident-based research activities on security requirements for Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (C.I.A) revealed the importance of a triad security model for service organisation principles. The research developed a security policy for a secured systems environment and thus enabled validation of the security orchestration model built on (SOAR), for incident response to cyber-threats and vulnerability.
