In the current scenario, where intellectual wealth becomes as important as financial wealth, it is necessary to review the nature of work, the role of people in organizations and how to manage them. As individuals have the ability to learn and are knowledge bearers, they become differential to the organization and the People Management has a decisive role in this regard. Objective: to know the necessary competences attributed to the students of the third grade of the Brazilian high school to enter the professional education.
