Relationship between Social Capital and Job Performance of High School Managers and Teachers
This research was done with the aim of considering the relationship between social capital and Principles performance in Garmsar town high schools. Both methods of descriptive Statistics and inferential statistics were used in this research. Gathered information were analyzed with Pearson correlation statistic method and for considering relationships between variables, and for considering the rate of social capital prediction with job performance, regression was applied. Statistic society of research included all principals and teachers of Garmsar town high schools and is consisted of 569 principles and 290 teachers. 40 principles and 160 teachers were selected randomly as a sample volume. In order to gathering data, social capital standard questioners containing 24 samples with degree Likert scale (1-5).
