Abstract

The study was conducted to find out the extent of influence of factors affecting the development of building technology education students’ creativity using descriptive survey research design. Three research questions and three null hypotheses guided the study. The population for the study consisted of all the 86 persons from the eight universities offering technical education programmes in South-South Nigeria. This comprised of 20 building technology teachers, 11 technologists as well as 55 final year building technology education students. Since the population is manageable, no sampling was conducted.
