Abstract

The 21st century teachers need to be competent in integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into language education to make the students’ learning experience more fruitful. This work aims to investigate the impact of social networking sites, blogs and other web 2.0 platforms on graduate students’ speaking, writing and critical thinking skills. It details the findings of a research experiment that involved 108 management graduates.
