Everyday well-meaning teachers are guilty of being racist and bias. Teachers form groups using the same tactics which were used years ago. Let’s examine some of those methods so we can advocate for improvement. The value of teaching visual representation in early grades is immeasurable if proper tactics are used. Personal data makes work meaningful but can be destructive too.
