Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of change in behavior of students with Game-based Education Model. The study was carried out with the students of IELEV Private Middle School in Istanbul. In this project, we have tried to determine whether game-based teaching is effective in changing students' consumption habits. In our program, students played three basic games and tried to measure what their own consumption was and what kind of side effects (migration, new neighbor, crowd, disorder, lack etc.) for now and in the future, and to take the initiative level of changing consumption habits in this direction.
