The sophisticated but vital fabric of the human life is at the verge of extinction because of the lack of moral and spiritual education at home as well as at the educational institutes. The present education system is very apt from various perspectives but that paramount element is missing that could shape the inner soul of a person. This research paper highlights the importance of spirituality in value education which could be made possible by devoting one lecture to the value of spiritualism out of the hard core spent day at the school. Spirituality ensures holistic education, measuring success by 'not analyzing what student knows or achieve but by what they become'. Today, spirituality is separated from religion and presents a mixture of humanistic psychology. A spiritually infused classroom can be created if the teacher adds spice of internal values through exemplary ethical readings around the globe.
