Abstract

The focus of this study is to present empirical data of digital literacy gap that student in PAI six institutions of PTKIN Indonesia. Specifically, the digital literacy gap this study includes five dimensions. First, the dimension of information, ie the ability to explore, identify, and evaluate information about PAI from various online sources. Second, the communication dimension, refers to the ability to discuss PAI materials in online groups, publish scientific papers on PAI in online journals, sharing PAI materials through online resources, such as social media accounts, Web, blog and /or Wiki, create and activate an online group to expand the network to enable the development of insights about PAI materials. Third, the content-cration dimension, emphasizes the ability to create scientific works on PAI different from previous authors, internalises previous experience in generated PAI content, and implements intellectual property rights and licenses from various sources of information they get on the Internet. Fourth, the social-emotional dimension, which is the ability to
protect the privacy data, the prudence of writing and commenting on online groups, and the careful sharing of PAI material content. Fifth, problem solving dimension, refers to the ability to overcome the possibility of technical problems, and use technology creatively to help solve conceptual problems of PAI materials.
