The purpose of this paper is to focus on how innovation in education plays a key role in preparing students with job application skills and to satisfy employers after graduation. Success in competitive markets depends on the level of innovation of workers in organizations that affect their productivity and the performance of organizations. In the field of education, innovation can emerge as a new pedagogic theory, methodological approach, teaching method, educational tool, educational process, or institutional structure that results in a significant change in teaching and learning, leading to better learning for the student.
