Abstract

The school environment plays key roles in influencing effective learning among students of all educational levels. To this effect, abundant research findings and recommendations released are meant to promote positive and learners friendly school environment. This presentation investigates the influence of research on school learning environment of primary schools in Moro Local Government of Kwara State, Nigeria. Sample consists of 164 (96 male,68 females) teachers randomly selected from 8 public and 4 private primary school teachers in Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria. The “School Learning Environment Questionnaire” (SLEQ) will be used for data collection from respondents while inferential statistics will be used to determine differences in teachers’ perception of their schools’ learning environment. The study requires answers to two(2) research questions. Two (2) null hypotheses are to be tested and results obtained will be determined at 0.05 level of significance. Recommendations to be offered in the study will be in line with the research findings.
