Abstract

The purpose of this research is to report pilot findings from Cohort 1 of preK teachers who participated in a year-long garden professional development (PD) through GHP. Researchers were specifically interested in examining the influence of the GHP PD on preK teachers’ instructional practices across the curriculum. Because there are two more years of GHP programming data (from two additional cohorts) that will need to be collected and analyzed, this research is considered ongoing.
