This dynamic workshop is designed for higher education faculty members, who want to change their classroom structures, assignments, and assessments. This workshop is appropriate for faculty from all academic disciplines. We will discuss how coaching skills can be utilized in both undergraduate and graduate classes, as well as supervision in clinical experiences. Participants will consider how coaching skills can be incorporated into online and hybrid courses.
