Abstract

In this academic presentation, an Academic Developer (AD) from the Centre for Teaching and Learning collaborates with teaching staff across diverse disciplines to demonstrate the efficacy of the Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT) framework in reconfiguring assessment methodologies and informing pedagogical practices. The project plan entails the AD acquainting instructors with the framework and accompanying toolkits through out-of-class (workshop) activities, aiming to enhance their professional competence in implementing TILT as an inclusive teaching designs successfully.
